Kristinas career began very early in her life.When she was seven,she took her first step
into fame, appearing in the television show
"Vesyoly notki" , where she sang the song "Solnishku meyotska" (music by Edward Hanka).
At the time Christina was enrolled in musical school #1 ( class of a piano and vocals,
1977-1984) and attended English
language classes at school #55 of Moscow (1978-1988).
However, Kristina is better known for 1982, performance on the TV show "Otrenaya pochta"
,where she sang the song "Pust govoryat"(music by Igor Nikolaev), which was later
included on the eleven DVD set "Namedni" Nasha Era (1982) disc .
The popularity of that song helped win her a role in the Rolan Bykov movie "Chuchelo"
(1983)
She also did a duet with her mother Alla , the song Vse Ecshe Budet which is featured
on the 1983 disk of the 20CD collection
of Pesnya Goda 71-90 .
In the years 1984 - 91 Kristina Orbakajte studied in ballet "Recital" .

- "Vernost" (1994).
In the summer 1995 was Kristina's theatrical debut: it was performance under U.Gibsons '
play Poneldelnik Posle Chuda (director L.Gerchikov), the actress has received the annual
Ministry of culture of Russia award for the best female role.
In the autumn of the same year Kristina becomes a student in the actor's department of
the Russian academy of a theatrical art (Vladimir Andreeva's department).
In 1995 Kristina joined the group " Chuchelo " (renamed "Limita Extreme" ) .
They went on tour across America that year .
It was under the direction of Alla Pugacheva when Kristina's performance in New Yorks'
Carnegie Hall (1996) took place.
In autumn 1996, Kristina released her second album, "Nol Chasov Nol Minut". She acted
in the music videos for the songs
"Tango Vtroem" and "Verbochki", as well as with Paul videoduet Dementevym "Bol". In
the same year, on the stage of
Moscow Theater MN Ermolova Kristina appeared in "Barishnya krestyanka"
(directed by Natalia Britaeva).
Very joyful and significant event is connected with this period of a life - a birth of
second son Deni in 1998.
In 1998, released a solo album "Tii" featuring 12 new songs, five of which
( "Musikant", "Navsegda", "Pegij Pes" "Zerkal'tse", "Smorodina", "Ptitsy") were written
