We hope you have had a chance to take part in the Eurovision festivities of 2010 from Oslo.
From memory, I listed our 'top 4' for each night at the top, and
and at the bottom are the performers who we didn't like as much.
Yet they videos are in a random order.
It just happens to be how they were found on YouTube search.
The Qualifiers First Semi-Final are:
Moldova,
Greece,
Serbia,
Belgium,
Bosnia and Herzegovina,
Belarus,
Albania,
Portugal,
Russia, and
Iceland.
First night performers I liked that didn't get into the final:
Finnland and
Malta.
The Qualifiers Second Semi-Final are:
Georgia,
Cyprus,
Turkey,
Denmark,
Armenia,
Romania,
Azerbaijan,
Ukraine,
Israel, and
Ireland.
The second night performers I liked that didn't get in:
Netherlands,
Croatia,
Slovenia, and
Sweden.
The finals will start at 21:00 CET saturday May 29th. That's 2:00pm central time, USA.

We are just one day away from the first Eurovision 2010 semi-final. Yes, we have waited for more
than one year to see the next contest. The first contest is mainly east european entries,
or is it just me ? You can view the appearance order at
www.esctoday.com .
In past years we would give all the songs several plays . This year, we are waiting for the stage
performances. And we will judge our favorites upon that . You will then be able to check our
on site blog to see our likes/dislikes.

We are not for certain if we will be able to watch the ESC performances live, as planned. Or if you cannot watch live,
go to www.eurovision.tv , click on the 'Multimedia' tab,
and select 'Streaming' during or after the event. You will need the latest OctoShape plugin, and the link is on that page.
Select from windows, Mac, or Linux to download and install the browser plugin.
It is a good idea to have this installed and working before the show!

been watching a ton of classic movies, including Friday the 13th part 1
through part 6.
Somewhere in there, Jason must have secretly turned our brains into
mush. So we must be safe from the zombies, at the very least. Of course
we have cleaverbs
Favorite
Movies pages , if you haven't seen them before. I am
wondering if we should update the pages. Not much has changed; although
we have seen many 'black and white' and a few 1960s movies that we
could add to our list.
But honestly, we like to watch movies in sets. Typically we will play a
VHS tape with 3 or 4 movies on it. That leaves time for a nap, heheh,
and wake up and watch a movie. Or whatever. More recently, we have been
making DVDRs with 2 movies on each disk.
Anyway, we hope to get back to our usual music hobby pretty soon. We
will have Eurovision 2010 near the end of this month.
