We are working on a 'News' page that updates itself! So far, we have constructed an
RSS Newsfeed page, that captures several feeds and places them all on one page.We will 'weed out' the duplicates,
yet we did find that the same name in different languages brings some different results...
On the side, there is a language translator, which is really cool...From my simple
experiments, the translations are good. Better than some/most online translators.
But..where to put it ? Maybe, it will come in handy one day. Check it all out on our

A very warm and Happy Birthday wish for Jenny Berggren of Ace Of Base !
For the moment, the Ace Of Base website is down.
Also, we would like to thank Moscow, and Russia for putting on a great Eurovision 2009 !
We enjoyed the brief interludes between songs,too much. Funny how none of the acts really stood out.
We are experiencing post Eurovision depression - it wasn't that great, was it? If we had it all
to do over ,again, who would win ? I have not looked at the voting pages,yet. With the lack of
contemporary songs, and no rock songs in the final, it seems like a 'not so great' year.
I am a little bit mystified by the low finish of Lithuania.And if Turkey had danced a little more...
No. We look forward to Oslo in 2010,and sincerely hope the talent level will not go down.

Welcome to cleaverb! We are only 7 hours from the Eurovision 2009 Final.
Check out Eurovision
just before 3pm Eastern time to connect to the broadcast.
Once there, look for the "Grand Final" graphic and click on it.
You should be able to download Octoshape Streaming services from a link there.
There is a small update for the Octovision program if you already have it installed,
and it requires Real Player 11 and Internet Explorer.The program then opens in the web page.
We watched the semi-finals in Firefox this year.Nice.
It's such a priveledge to see the show,man I hope the internet doesn't die during this time.Yikes!
Alright,now is a good time to make note of some cleaverb.net changes -
cleaverb.net now has a blog link at left.There are 3 blogs,all visible on that page.
we have removed the targets from our pages.Targets are why our links open in new windows.
Which we like,but it does get annoying.Slowly through this spring, we have updated all of our pages to include
a navigation bar at the top.We have already completed the 'target removal' on many pages, except for this
(Home) page and our Favorite Artist and artist pages.
All 'off-site' links will remain target linked, ie, open in a new window.This is pretty common on the net.

Probably the greatest release of new music this week comes from
Sugar Ray,and their new song Boardwalk.
We rarely catch songs as they are released,so it is the best that we know of..
Ah, nostalgia strikes at the heart...you can check out the official

for the full song! And their classic songs.The group will be touring this summer,with the new album expected in July 2009.

It appears the same as our re-created
sophokhalvashi.net,
the way it appeared 2 years ago.Everything works on their site,except the forum,and no downloads.So, if you wanted
to go back and grab some photos(like we do),better get going.
It's possible that we could add links to download the songs and videos on our site,since the album was never released.
We pause, to imagine the reason for the website 'disappearing' in the first place.
There is the possibility of a 'denial of service attack' (DDOS) or a suspended account.
Or, if the domain expires,and you can't reclaim it.Such as,the history of cleaverb.com..
Worse yet, I kind of wonder about all those undersea cables which sometimes get severed.
Whatever the circumstances, we are going to leave our sophokhalvashi.net site going,for now.

We are counting down the days until the Eurovision song contest begins! We still have some work to do, with only
36 of the songs in our playlist...missing:Belgium,Austria,Sweden,Serbia,Czech, and Monaco..

We are still finding the 'wow' in our latest purchase - The Best of Stoja 2 CD set. You can listen to
mp3 all you want, but hearing the CD is amazing!

of songs that we weren't familiar with...

We shall update this page with better content ...we are spending some time building our Risk-World page.
For now, it is just one page. The announcement by Yahoo , closing Geocities is taken us by surprise,
and we are searching around looking for those hidden gems , to re-create in Retro-Mania.
That said, we do not have a whole lot of time left over for YouTubes,forums, and news sites.
