It has been a very active spring for new music videos...somehow we missed Bananarama's new video for Love Don't Live Here. Also, a new song from Helena Paparizou at Psaxno tin alitheia, and Anna Semenovich performing Zhilka last year.

We have a few new videos, including - Elena Risteska with Sakam po dobro da te pamtam and Kristina Orbakaite with Nezhnaya. Schillers new album Atemlos will go on sale March 16th in the usa, or you can preorder on Amazon. Here is the first video, Schiller w/ Nadia Ali Try.
Anna Sedokova has written a book, which you can see a picture on www.sedokova.com, and the presentation is split into two parts on Anna Sedokovas YouTube channel.
And two Despina interviews at Despina short clip and Despina long clip. The clip of her new song we linked to earlier this month has been removed.

We uploaded the full Comfort mp3 to the Made by Cleaverb! MySpace page. No, we are not musicians. No, we do not expect any $$ from doing this, and we do not expect to become famous,either. We are just proud of the song. It will probably be in our next playlist. But that may not be until after Eurovision.

We should hope to record a video and upload the song and vid to youtube. The weather will not be very good for the next week or longer, so have patience.
We are not seeing much on YouTube the last few days..honestly we haven't been doing much except banging away on the keyboards in our free time. Hope to bring some news or vids in our next update.

If you have been reading our blog, you will know that Tatiana Kotova has left Via-Gra. She will be replaced by Eva Bushmina starting in April.
We have finally found a clip of Despina Vandis' new song on youtube at: Despinas' 2010 promo . There is also a recent, short interview with despina at: STAR:. I feel so much better now. Our love for Despina grows when we have not heard anything new. There is also the story that she will play her new song on March 14th.
We found that Helena Paparizou has a countdown clock on her MySpace page. And her new song "An isoun agapi" is also available to hear on that profile.
We have searched every outlet of Russian entertainment for news of Blestyashchie. There is not one story. No pictures. Not even a mention of Anna Dubovitskayas' birthday ? Wouldn't you know.. they just posted on Blest.ru with a back-dated story. Sincerely, thank you. And Anna, we wish for you simply the best. This Vimeo video features the same performance of the song A Ya Vse Letala we saw on russia.ru a few weeks ago, but with a different angle. Blest on Vimeo. Janna Friske also has a couple of videos there. But for some reason, you cannot 'search' them out.
I am placing a link to this site for every one of us - tophit.ru. How many times have we found a russian entertainment website that has stories in english ? This is only the second such site we can remember. We lost the first one ...it had a red background.

Just to let you know, that we are still around... We have been watching, and waiting. There is not much in the news right now.
The biggest news would be Helena Paparizous' new song, which you can hear An isoun agapi. We were supposed to have an announcement from Despoina Vandi. According to wikipedia, she is going to play her new song on March 14. Information about Despina is getting hard to find, since first Phoebus and then Despina left Heaven Music.
Boomkat has uploaded a few 'live' videos to their youtube channel.
Today, March 8 is International Womens Day . One day is not enough; each day should be a tribute to equality.
We have been watching replays from the Vancouver olympic games. Hey, we received our D'Sound/Starts and Ends CD from Korea. I tell you what, the music is less jazz, and more 'light rock'. the lyrics are very personal. It almost sounds like a goodbye. So, possibly they have a new beginning on the horizon...
Next up, we will have Schillers' new album on the 12th. Almost forgot. We made a 15 second teaser video featuring a clip of Blestyashchie/Shar and 7 photos of the group. The first time I watched it, it made me smile. So, i hope you enjoy this - page with the video.

March first is ..oh geez. Happy Birthday Anna Semenovich ! They have uploaded some funny clips of Anna acting in [Xitler Kaput!] including this short piece that we call, Super Anna. So cool. Be sure to check some of the other great scenes on her YouTube channel. Let us just say we spelled the title that way to avoid getting the wrong kind of visitors...
Okay.svetlanaloboda.com is back up. We haven't really looked to see what changes were made.

Vera Brezhneva has uploaded many short clips of television commercials, interviews, spots, but they have also uploaded music videos for - Ya Ne Igraio, Nirvana, and Lyubov b Bolshom Gorode.

March 3 is Happy Birthday to Per Liden of Da Buzz fame,
March 6th is the Blestyashchie 15th anniversary, HEY! That is also Anna Dubovitskayas' birthday!
March 7th we should expect either a new song, or an announcement from Despina Vandi..
March 12th will be the day for Schiller / Atemlos

The olympics are over. So we will be getting back to work. We have a few ideas for a new feature, but we have not decided which project to work on. So maybe we will complete all three, and use each one in March. See you later!
