We have a few new videos, including this promo for Air's North American tour 2010, Anna Sedokova performs her new song Prostie Slova live, and Yulia Savicheva performs Dolgaya Zima live, on her birthday 2010! I know we have been following the Blestyashchie group every move. They have updated their website graphics to show the current members of the group. There is a video of Nadya Ruchka on "Dancing with the Stars" at Russia 1 (rutv.ru). Their new album should be out in 2010.

We are home enjoying the nbc coverage of the Olympics for most of this month.
A couple of nights ago, we awoke to the sound of music. Unfortunately it was all in our head. So we had to get up out of bed, turn on the music keyboard, find some jumper wires, and the recorder. And boil some hot water for a big mug of earle grey tea. With lots of sugar. We managed to record a demo , and we will need to work on the melody some. But eventually we will record the song, attach it to a video, and upload the project to YouTube.
It really felt great to have a fresh idea, and has me thinking about the music we listen to , and what our next video will be. And when..stay tuned. We will fill in all the details. ciao.

Man, with colors like that, who needs music..
This next video keeps 'popping up' in our favorites, even though we watched them a few times - Total's first (?) video - Ya Smotrela Vperyod , and how about a couple 'classic' Da Buzz songs for Valentines Day -

According to who.is the blest.ru domain name has been renewed. It may take a few days for the DNS to resolve. Status: Inactive as of 6:00am EST .
UPDATE Blest.ru is back to normal website activity.
Anna Semenovich.ru has uploaded several good videos, including the RMA 2007 Blest 'mini-reunion' . The video has been 'removed' several times from other accounts. Have to wait n see if it stays up this time.

We were attempting to remember the names of Tereza Kerndlova's dancers, but we couldn't find the names. Veronika and Daniela Nízlové (they are the identical twins), former backing vocalists for Tereza are now the group Twiins. Their YouTube channel contains several recent uploads. They are also on MySpace.
From what we can tell, Ali is still with TK, through the exercise DVD from late 2009. And there is a brunette, whose name we haven't found , yet. Hope we didn't overlook anyone.
If you have 9 minutes, check out this video from Yulia Savicheva - documentary. We are still waiting to add the 'Perviy Lyubov' soundtrack to Yulia's discography. We haven't heard the songs, so we're afraid to add them. If you haven't checked our News page lately, BWO is going to release a remix single of "Right Here, Right Now" for 2010 in the USA. .
On site, we gave our Who's Who of Blest and Via-Gra page a 'retro' look, going back in our picture archives in search of 'chubby cheeks' . The facial kind. We were thinking about separating the groups, yet we prefer to have all the girls on one page.

It's a sad day for cleaverb. We awoke to find our favorite obsession, blest.ru cannot be found. On the day that the group decided to 'officially' release the song Shar. According to this story on russkoe radio - "We deliberately release this version of the song, - (we being Blest Productions) - in order to avoid further rumors and gossip." It seems that Marina's vocals - without the vocals of the other members added in - is causing confusion.
The article also states that March 6th will be the official observance of the groups 15th anniversary.
In a rare move, we shall link to the download page on hotcharts.ru , you can download the song, and vote your opinion of the song. We do not know how long that page will stay up..

According to data we looked up,the domain name - blest.ru , has an expiration date of (paid-till:) 2010.02.08 . And the 'free date' , the day the domain name could be purchased is (free-date:) 2010.03.13 . Looking at the dates, the 13 in the free date tells us that number represents a day, in the 03 month. That is not the way europeans or russians list dates (day/month/year) . Maybe they were unaware of the websites expire date..maybe they are intentionally letting it go offline. With a new member (Marina) and the upcoming 15th anniversary, they could be starting a new page design . For now, the status of blest.ru is = Website Status: inactive . We will keep you updated on the situation best we can. That is, if we don't go 'insane' without our blestyashchie fix. Here is a nostalgia uka.ru Blest page, but please do not overwhelm the page. Alright, we have a couple new videos.. Leslie's Officiel YouTube channel has uploaded Tout sur mon père, and Svetlana's Zhit Legko Premiere as seen on TV. We noticed that Bananarama's official channel had the video for Love Comes removed by a record company. Wow. So "Official" is probably not the best way to describe YouTube channels...
There is also a great story on Blest.ru about a new song , Shar. Unfortunately, it was leaked onto the internet and even played on radio. Oh, the story is at - New Song Stolen, article is written in Russian.
We have uploaded 'new' photos for our The Who's Who of Blestyashchie and ViaGra page giving the performers pictures from their 'younger days'. It seems appropriate, to have 'nostalgiaic' photos for a page that explores the history of the groups members..we still need to add 4-5 more pictures.
We also updated our Blestyashchie page to include more recent details. If you didn't know, cleaverb wrote the article. Somebody else uploaded it to Wikipedia, without the photos. But noone ever updated the article there. You can read it here, direct from the original author (that's me, but not the source). Only on cleaverb.net.
Our La Femme D'argent video has been gaining popularity this year. on December 14,2009 , the video had 189,000 views. it is now over 500,000 . That is incredible. We have had e-mails from historians telling us about the origins of the film. We have received many e-mails thank you's cleaverb for sharing the video on YouTube.
Personally, we would say, thank Air for the music, and the Prelinger Film preservation for uploading the video.Special thanks to the Internet Archive, which is based around San Francisco, for hosting. Funny, but we do watch the video quite often - the original AVI on our computer.Wish we could share the quality..and we just hope the video doesn't get deleted for copyright. Thanks to you,and all who enjoy viewing.
And while we are on the subject, let me say that Blestyashchie's Za Chetyre Morya CD is sold out everywhere, and has not been re-released.We cannot help you find the album, or the song "Oblaka Remix" used in our video. Please accept my apologies.

I would like to extend a belated Happy Birthday to : Leslie, Vera Brezhneva, and Yuliana Lukasheva ! As fans we have been very fortunate to watch such talented performers , and hope there are many more birthdays to come.

Anna Semenovich (.ru) has just opened a YouTube account! They have uploaded a handful of 'classic' Blestyaschie videos, including Agent 007, which was one of our favorite songs long before it became a hit for the group.
We are counting down: seven days until 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympic Games begin ! We will be quietly watching, and probably no new features or changes for cleaverb.net in February. Yet we have noticed 'things' need touching up: out-of-date links, old photos, things that are easy to fix.
We did manage to upload our Character Entity codes page. So now, we can start adding in those 'accented characters' on our website. Yes, there is a purpose for our features..ciao.

We are doing our best to find 'new' Blestyashchie videos, but most of the 'latest uploads' seem to be classic songs. Here we have the current Blestyashchie line-up of Marina,Anastacia,Nadya, and Anna performing the Classic A Ya Vse Letala, Janna Friske live - Janna , and this performance was almost 1 year ago, Yulia Kovalchuk - Margarita.
VIA-Gra live with Sumashedshii 2010, Svetlana Loboda still gets my vote as 'the hottest' artist in our top with Zhit Legko . But I am not for sure how old that clip is. Speaking of Svetlana, her website is being updated.

It seems this winter has been pretty stormy for most of the northern hemisphere. We hope you are staying warm!
Cleaverb used our recent snow storm as the focus for our latest video.. Bassic - Omnion by cleaverb! This is our first 'home-made' video for YouTube. The photographs and the video were all shot by cleaverb, in our local park. We love the snow fall, and the water scenes very much. But I tell you, there isn't much to see or do in our little corner of the world. In that respect, the video is a grand view of our natural surroundings. YouTube did a great job with the quality of the video, but the snowfall was much prettier in real life than what you see.

We had a problem with the original video. It included the sounds of the running water, the geese, and all the natural background noise. But somehow it had a glitch where the song skipped. Fortunately we had saved the video without sound. But gone forever is the natural sounds...unless we can piece it together again.(UPDATE: We restored the orignal.) It is also possible that we might want to replace the audio with an original cleaverb song, played on my keyboard. I cannot decide if this is a good idea, or if it would be too 'homey' . I shall limber up my fingers, just in case.

in February,we hope to finish our A-Z of Musicians, the Olympics are fast approaching, and we are going to make a page with Character entity codes. If it is not too difficult. You know, all those letters with accents, and symbols. Well, each one has a special code for typing them into a webpage. All that and much more on cleaverb.net in February '10.
