Hello and welcome to cleaverb.com!

You could say that my music listening is anything except mainstream. I gave up on MTV years ago...and all those echo-chambered auto sales ads on radio just wear me out. These days, my music comes from the 'net. Listening to Stockholm P5 radio is interesting, but not mainstream. The largest input is from some "has-been" bands fansites. I have to admit they give the most..and the best music . The greatest news of year for me was when myspace announced they would begin selling music at the end of 2006.While I haven't seen this feature enabled,it would be another avenue for 'exploring' . Youtube has also expanded my music horizons, and brought me back to music videos. It' alot easier on the budget than buying DVDs . no doubt. wow. Am I blogging here ?
Ideally, my music playlist are a few english languages tracks, with a few of each : German,French,Russian,Greek,Spanish, and Italian pop songs mixed in. Oh, and...let us not forget British music. It's very necessary. American music just doesn't have anything new to say.. and yet two american artists made my Top 5 of 2006. Here is wishing you a Happy New Year .In the meantime, As 2006 winds to a close,we present the Cleaverb.com Top 5 of 2006

Sincerely,cleaverb
